Charles Edward Scott, 58, passed January 10, 2018. He was born April 1, 1959 to the late Martha Jones and Charles Scott in Norfolk. He was predeceased by a sister, Carolyn Hammond and his grandparents, Jesse Cheeks and James Alexander Williams.

Charles worked as a carpenter and he was also a lover of sports.

He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Amanda Scott; four children, Belinda, Alma, Marie and Kenny; five siblings, Dora Williams, Martha Knockett, Mary Helen Reid, Gwendolyn Sanders and Alphonso Kelly, Jr.; and a host of other relatives and friends.
