Katharyn Jeanette (Cowell) Bullock

Katharyn Jeanette Bullock, 70, passed away June 10, 2018. She was born Nov. 29, 1947 to the late Arthur Cowell and Dorothy Alexander in Norfolk. She was predeceased by her first husband, Richard Davis and oldest daughter, Rovonda Davis.

Katharyn retired from the Chesapeake School Board. She was a member of New Jerusalem COGIC where she was a deaconess, choir member and served as President of the 5th Sunday Usher Board.

She is survived by her husband, Deacon Winslow George Bullock, Jr.; her children, Richard Davis (Tanya), Ryan Davis (TeJuana), Nikita Boykins (Travis), Winslow G. Bullock, III (Latoria), Pamela Gibbs, Stephanie Hives and Michael Nobles; sister, Shirley Harold; two granddaughters raised as her daughters, Shakita and Lavisha Davis; her stepfather, Raymond Alexander; four best friends, Mildred Walker, Shirley Custis, Marrionette Wiggins and Luellen Boone; and a host of grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
