Roosevelt Wells, 58, passed March 17, 2018. He was born September 7, 1959 in Saluda, VA. He was a graduate of First Colonial High School, Virginia Beach. Roosevelt was a retired cook at the Lighthouse Restaurant for over 30 years.
He is survived by his wife, Zenaida Wells; five children, Rowena Wells, Rozelle Almazan, Melita Wells, Ryan Almazan and Donovan Wells; five siblings; 10 grandchildren, Giszelle Seay, Amaresh Rogers, Ra'Niyah Rogers, Michael Jenkins, Janae Jenkins, Jayden Almazan, Logan Almazan, Nevaeh Wells, Toni Wells and Ariyana Wells; one aunt, Cora; nephew, Ronnie (Tonya); and a host of other relatives and friends.
