Thelma Ollison

Thelma Ollison, 83, entered into eternal rest July 10, 2018. She was born September 12, 1934 to the late William Tolbert, Sr. and Maggie E. Tolbert in Greenwood, SC.  She was predeceased by two sisters, Dorothy Tolbert and Fannie Davis and one brother, William Tolbert.

Thelma attended South Carolina State University. She was employed with the United States Postal Service for 30 years until her retirement.  She was a member of the NY Metro Bowling League and in her leisure time, she enjoyed gardening, cooking, watching and attending NY Mets, Giants and Knicks games.

Shee leaves to cherish her memory, a daughter, Simone Renée Ollison-Jones (Aaron); grandchildren, Corey B. Kerney (Rebecca McZorn-Hines), Aaron A. Jones and Marcus Jones; and all extended family in New York City including the Carter Family, Alston Family and Howlett Family.
