Cathie Ann Pownell, 64, entered into eternal rest on February 14, 2020. She was born on September 23, 1955 at the Portsmouth Naval Hospital to the late Elmer and Emma Pendleton. Cathie was a member of the 700 Club and Cedar Road Assembly of God, Chesapeake, VA. She loved watching TV, Kenneth Copeland, gameshows and fishing.

Besides her parents, Cathie was predeceased by her husband, Mark Pownell.

Cathie leaves to cherish her memory her siblings, Wanda Rawls (K.W.), Jim Pendleton (Debbie), Mike Pendleton (Linda), Sandy Tolbert; special nieces and nephews, Chris Moore (Amber), Erin Holland (Travis), Kylar, Dallas, Ellie & New Baby, Mike Rawls (Billie), Emma, Mike, Denise (Bobby), Sammy, Johnny, Carrie (JR), Abbey (Aiden), Mark Rawls, Matt, Graclyn, Jack, Debra Worrell & Children; special friends, June, Brenda, Drew, David and Niki Page, Pastor Joal & Karen Graves, LeAnne; Amber Bradshaw, Gary & Sue Woods, and a host of other relatives and friends.
