Dwane La'Quan Boone 28, a native of Virginia Beach, Virginia departed life on January 21, 2021. Known to his family as "Quan" he was born to Dwane Barber and Ilisha Hines in the city of Virginia Beach on August 10, 1992. After high school Quan pursued a career as an artist, writing and producing was Quan's passion, with that passion Quan branded his stage name "Wavey Wane" while music was his hobby. Quan’s family was instrumental and the driving force for his vision.
Quan was predeceased by his grandparents, Pinkey Sanders and Michael Herbert Barber Sr."HUMP"
Quan leaves to continue his legacy and carry out his name, his son, Kayode Tollman; daughter, Sariyah Japson; Mother, Ilisha Hines (Milton); Father, Dwane Barber; five siblings, Lamarco Williams; Tayshawn Boone, Kristian Luck, LaNiah Williams, Deshawna Wilson; Grandmother, Icarress (Red) Gardner (David Selby); Aunts, Brenda Boone; Uncles, Kerry Boone, Michael Barber, Jesse Tyler, Ashley Hattchet and Priest White.
